We're still a young company where there is the potential for a lot of growth. There are some growing pains...but overall I feel the "progressive nature" and data based decision making is positive for myself and others.
Being pushed to tackle new projects and obtain new skills to do them. (It's an environment where personal growth is celebrated and supported.) Also, I feel like the owners "lead by example" which is not something I've seen at past companies I've worked for.
This company is growing quickly and is quite progressive. I feel some of the women at the company don't feel they are supported, appreciated or like there is room for them to grow at the company. I think leadership could make an effort to change that.
I feel like the company is not aware of my skillset or that of my colleagues. I totally understand that "my actions/results" will speak louder than my resume. But, after learning what some of my colleagues are making I feel a little disrespected when it comes to my pay considering my abilities.
