The passive benefits - esop, health (although, i wish Kaiser was an option), bonuses, kitchen (which has better food than my own house), etc....
It's more of a reflection of me. They are all, smart, talented, supportive, and hard working but I just prefer to work on my own.
I haven't seen any of this in the marketing material but people here are REALLY REALLY supportive and positive but in a low key kind of way which I find to be SO MUCH healthier than when it's all fake recognition at other companies
