
Managers are flexible with health issues and are very considerate about special needs
Listening to their individual contributors and actually taking action to alleviate their concerns. They should also listen to real reasons why so many people are leaving and do something about it
Engineers need to respect colleagues and opinions from other departments more, managers need to hold their team members accountable so everybody is not just comfortable being average and doing the bare minimum. No wonder all the good and talented people are leaving.
A compensation that matches market rate would make me feel valued. HR and other departments don't care about my department and they are seeing the result of it as 4 people from my team quit in 2 months. I really really hope they listen, learn and improve.
pay, discrepancy in pay levels, no career paths, our concerns not passed on to people who can actually make a difference, not being sure what to do to get promoted, seeing our promotions only happen during reviews but other departments can have whenever, things are too focused on Engineering
