I work in Engineering and the relationship between Product, UX, Dev and QA is remarkable. You don't find this type of open and friendly communication in most companies

I love working through problems and that's what we do in Engineering. There's no better reward than working through something and having it work at the end of the day. It's also nice to be appreciated for the work.

The work/life balance at Imprivata is excellent. They leave the decisions up to their employees on when and how they work (within reason). This is the first company I have worked for that really trusts their employees as professionals to make these decisions.

Imprivata makes bold statements around inclusivity, which I very much appreciate. I think more companies should be more vocal on these types of issues. It makes me proud to work for them. Also their response to covid was excellent. I actually left my last job of 10 yrs because they ignored covid.
