That they actually care about how you are feeling outside of work, but for support engineers there should be better compensation especially for all the inflation going on and better training
I didn't get much training when I was added on to this company which I waited so long to be able to join. Training should be the priority if you ask me so we all can be better engineers. In terms of compensation, I'm getting paid below the average for job title and it doesn't help for cost of living
