In the 6 months I have been here, I feel that I have helped lead testing efforts on the project I am on and have made an impact.
It has been a very positive experience. I have been able to quickly get involved and make an impact that is seen and noticed by others.
I have enjoyed working for Imprivata for the last 9 months.
The overall transparency shown by the team
The pay and the cell phone reimbursement
salary followed by PTO and stock "options"
Meetings and webinars dealing with work/life balance
Always something to do/take care of
Getting releases out in a relatively timely fashion
They are very accessible and transparent.
Their transparency in answering tough questions
the diversity and the out of work meeting/webinars
Relative cost of benefits as opposed to previous jobs
The money I am paid - no complaints there
They are willing to listen to make things better.
Getting things done and helping team members do so
Getting the job done / meeting the next goal
Completing items and finishing the day on a good note
our ability to get things done despite roadblocks and other priorities
They all want to succeed at whatever goal is put before us
Their transparency and ability to balance meeting our goals with current realities/circumstances (Covid, war in Ukraine)
The optional programs from EAP and other life enrichment programs - the fact that they are regular and Imprivata encourages attendance is fantastic.
everyone is focused towards the goal - even if we don't always agree, we attempt to find alignment so that we can continue moving towards it
