Overall, there a big challenges and puzzles to solve, which is nice. Everyone is kind and positive and trying their best. There are a few less experienced coworkers that would benefit tremendously if they had mentors to help them grow, instead others have to go above to cover.
Everyone is collaborative and helpful and positive.
Creating new things that help people and doing a good job on them
I like the flexibility in my schedule, which helps when dealing with my children.
I think I appreciate the flexibility of our work schedule (helps with multiple children's schedules)
An elegant solution fitting a new-found problem. And everyone being on the same page.
Friendly, trying to do their best, open communication with good intentions instead of sniping and bitterness.
They seem to be very transparent, and communicate a good amount of information at a good cadence.
Inclusion and trying to do Good. I think this filters down as kindness and positive attitudes.
Positive, open attitudes. We work hard and the company helps to provide ways to socialize and interact.
Co-workers. Working on a team of competent people trying their best towards positive, real-world goals that help people is nice.
I do enjoy the freedom of my schedule so I can be flexible for my kids. I don't take PTO nearly enough, but in theory it's wonderful to have it as needed.
They use the company for Good. I feel we have a purpose beyond money and growth, but actually doing the right thing. They also communicate the current and future state well.
I think people all want what's best for the company and are willing to work hard for that, going above and beyond to support others. We just need to remember everyone's doing what they see as best, and when opinions differ, it's usually not personal.
