
My personal team is close knit and filled with helpful members. Our personal manager is the best thing about it all. This has nothing to do with Imprivata as we were established prior.
Imprivata is taking a bad product and trying to repackage it with a new name. My customers are not happy about this, and it makes us look silly trying to push this rebranding without significant change.
The acquisition removed SEVERAL of the benefits we once held. Imprivata has not made advances about covering these loss of benefits, resulting is us taking a significant pay cut as a result. We are drastically underpaid per the market value.
We were established as a group prior to the acquisition. We are a great team. However, we are worried about what will happen to our group since the acquisition. Imprivata seems too keen on changing our culture and group environment.
Crude comments have been made during live meetings by leadership staff. The company does not seem to care about fair compensation of employees. Employees do not have a personal say in matters and feel as if we are being overlooked constantly.
