To be paid at least the same as my counter parts. We also are loosing money next year since there's a price difference from our insurance benefits

To be able to play to their employee's strengths and listen to them. Most of the time I feel ignored. There's a disconnect from top leadership and the regular employees.

Securelink people have been left in the dark with the merge. Our opinions and ideas have been ignored and we are treated like we don't know anything and slotted at the bottom of our new departments. There isn't much autonomy from leadership
