My general approach is that work is work and I try to separate it from my private life. Still, I have good friends and work, we help each other to achieve our goals and I like chatting with them on both private and work related topics. I do not feel appreciated enough for all i do for my company.

I like all these scrum meetings which are actually bonding us together. Without those, I would most likely not know the people at all.

Not sure if anything can be done. For me work is just work and i must do it to have money for family and my expensive hobbies. Nevertheless, friendly environment makes me go out from my bed and work without being grumpy ;)
