
Imprivata has a strong collaborative culture that tends to reward hard work and success. Only downside is there don't seem to be a lot of promotions in sales, as there seem to be many in most other departments.
I've been allowed to grow with Imprivata through many management changes, which I very much appreciate. We're in uncertain times now, and that does concern me as to whether I will continue to be part of Imprivata's growth plans in the future.

Everyone is driven to success. There are often personal sacrifices made by everyone to ensure that success, such as forgoing vacations and personal time off at the direction of management.
Gus and Kelliann seem to genuinely care about how the decisions made affect the team. Gus spends more time trying to get to know everyone on the team than any CEO I've ever worked for.
