It is a great place to work. Not without its drawbacks. Pay and benefits are good, the company is not stingy and gives us the tools we need to get our job done. Concerned about advancement, my manager keeps telling me what s/he thinks I want, rather than listening to me.
health insurance is solid, base pay is good
good sense of camaraderie. team is high performing.
interesting and diverse work, different everyday
I appreciate Gus's even-keeled approach
My team has great chemistry, and our skill sets compliment each other nicely.
office space is nice. HR and leadership seem to be genuine in trying to nurture culture
If there's a silver lining to the weak bonus package, it's that I'm not jerked around every year about bonus payouts like I have been in previous jobs.
I like the cool-tech-company vibe. Office is spiffy, a few perks here and there, we let people use Macs. But we don't have the cool-tech-company drawbacks like an impossible-to-get-to location or massive egos.
levelheaded and competent, which is a nice change from the Omar days. Covid has been a wrench in the works and although some of the efforts fall flat, it is clearly evident that the company is trying to do the right thing by employees.
