Transparency. Better training. Consistency as to how discipline is handed out.
Not make a person wait an hour after the interview was scheduled to do it.
A raise to the next pay level or at least a clear description of whete I need to be to get there.
Consistency. Training implementation. Actually caring about more than their own advancement and being a genuine human being that's not manipulative and frustrated with anyone they can't manipulate.
We use to get along and work well. Shift is now split do to management errors and blatant favoritism. I'm willing to put these aside and work together but we are dealing with real human beings here. Not peices on a chess board.
