What I like best about our leadership team is that they care about people, D&I, equality and doing the right thing. I don't ever want to work for unethical people or an unethical organization.

50% infertility coverage through Kaiser. I'm facing infertility issues and my last employeer didn't cover it at all. Now that I'm at KT, if I need IVF, I can afford it. Lots of employers don't cover infertility.

KT covers 50% infertility. That is a big deal for me, I've been struggling with infertility for two years, paying for procedures and I just had a miscarriage so the journey continues. It's hard enough as is, but then the cost of everything adds up. I'm glad that KT supports women and families.
