We are so diverse and with a work hard play hard culture we can continue to foster collaboration and hear one another to get the work done.
My direct team is FANTASTIC! We get along great together and drive success among our teams. We are willing to help each other out wherever we can and our teamwork bleeds down to our teams who showcase it as well.
I think it would be nice to have the option to opt out of stocks for a higher pay. I think the margin of pay between our department is wildly off kilter, everyone should start at the same base pay and then see variance when merit/performance reviews come around.
