For the most part everyone has a positive outlook and are team players. I have yet to find someone that I don't get along with or don't work well with.

My team is very collaborative and very "High motor" individuals. I think we have a very good balance of strengths, so for things I am not as strong in, I go to them for guidance, and vice versa. So we all seem to elevate one another.

I am relied on heavily for certain projects, which I like because it makes me feel important in my role. At previous companies I had worked in sales and sometimes felt like I wasn't valued and just a number. That is not the case with Paycom.
