Since I started last year, I have seen every day just much Paycom cares about clients and employees. I actually look forward to coming to work every single day and that just doesn't happen often!

Since I started one year ago, I have been stunned at how much this company cares about their employees! They provide so many valuable resources and fun events! It feels like a family.

Ever since I came to Paycom in July of 2024, I have been blow away by how much Paycom truly cares about employees and clients. I have never worked for a company so focused on those two things. There is so much support here! From the health insurance to the ERGs, Paycom never ceases to amaze me!

How easy it is to navigate and understand.

The health care and PTO are absolutely phenomenal!

They actually CARE about employees.

They treat us like actual human beings with feelings.

Everyone is accepted, treated like people, and treated fairly!

The variety of coverages for any number of life events!

MY TEAM!!! They make coming to work so worth it!

My team! 100%! I couldn't ask for better co-workers/friends.

My team has nothing but hard-working individuals that really come together and support each other.

My team! They make it so much fun and I know I am always supported!

They support everyone. No matter race, color, gender, etc. They truly care about the individual.

The VERY inexpensive health coverage! Also, all of the different options for pets, mental health, life insurance, etc.

It all comes down to one thing-they are always there for me and everyone on the team. Without fail.

They are so welcoming! They include everyone on the team in all events and are always here to help.

All of the employee resource groups! I have become a member of them all and the diversity is such a blessing!!!!!

My team and the other reception team here in OKC. I have good friends on both teams and love coming to work to see them every day!

They are always there for me and all of our teams. No matter what. They truly care about us as people and not just as another employee.

The ERGs!!!!!!! I am a part of all of them and also a co-chair for the Women's ERG! These groups help build great communication and community here at work!

I have never gotten along with so many women! Lol. I love my team and love when we all go out together on a night for fun! We all have each other's backs!

As a team we all are responsible and get along pretty well! I have never been a part of a team that is so close. We all support each other and help each other out whenever we can.
