
My team members and my team leader make me happy to come to work each day. I enjoy being able to solve problems for my clients.
We work well together! There are a lot of good specialists on my team with a lot of experience. They are invested in best practices and always do what they believe to be in the best interests of the client.
We recently seen a lot of perks get taken away including a stricter dress code. Our department has recently seen a lot of new duties heaped on the specialists without clear communication of compensation updates. The job is much different now than it was when I was hired.
Definitely DEI efforts! As our country's culture as a whole begins to move away from accepting more diversity, equity, and inclusion, I think Paycom needs to embrace what we've done and continue to make progress in this area. There is no downside to employees feeling accepted int he workplace.
My team leader is one of the best. I feel like I can go to her for any work-related situation. She works well with her immediate supervisor to present clear goals for our team. I'm not sure what efforts our supervisor makes to those he reports to to ensure our voices are heard.
