Everyone has different opinion about Paycom, others and I feel the same way about Paycom. We all feel that our lives got better when we started working at Paycom. I'm almost at my third year here at Paycom and I wouldn't choose to work anywhere else.

Paycom is an extremely welcoming environment. Everyone is accepting of each other and goes out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable.

My leadership team always goes out of their way to help me in any way I need. Brent and David are best. They are always willing to help, and I genially feel they want the best for me.

The $1 health care and the vision. Health insurance felt like a ball and chain before Paycom. Now I can get affordable insurance and have a sense of comfort without having to pay so much out of pocket for health expenses.

My team continuously goes out of their way to be the best for me and for the employees of Paycom. We always help each other in for ways than just a morale boost. I believe that this is why I enjoy working here so much.
