My overall experience with my company is positive, rewarding, and engaging.

What makes me most happy at work is feeling that my work is meaningful, shows off my skills, and allows for creativity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Amazing communication and collaboration. Team members are always willing to hop onto a phone call to help. Communication is key and keeps the team in sync.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy at work is the level of autonomy. I'm able to work within the parameters of my task and explore outside of it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my team are the capability to "swarm" on tasks. We are a highly functioning work-from-home team and are capable of collaboration through group-calls and screen-sharing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture and environment at my company is the level of collaboration between teams. Leveraging each others strengths and recognizing expertise in different areas.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team allows for work autonomy while still checking in to make sure you are happy with your team and your work. Also, leadership provides awards to recognize outstanding individuals and hard work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about the compensation package is the distribution of retirement contributions between ESOP and traditional retirement accounts. I believe that employees are truly performing at their best because they have a vested interest in the company and their colleagues' success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positivity, the passion, and the constant drive to keep learning. There are regular sessions for employees to come together and learn about a topic. There are tons of programs to pick up new skills. Everyone is truly invested in lifting each other up.
What makes you most happy at work?
The positive outlook of my manager and the constant collaboration and communication of my team. Communication is so crucial to keeping a remote-team synced up. My teammates are always willing to hop on a call to help solve a problem or collaborate on design.
