I love this industry, but I feel that RX can do a better job of making employees want to stay. If they increased salary to a more competitive amount and listened to the feedback of employees more than once or twice a year, I think the staff would be extremely appreciative.
My experience at RX is almost perfect aside from having a horrible manager. This has been an issue since I started working here and hasn't been addressed with seriousness until more recently. RX needs to do a better job of looking into things like this if they want to keep valuable employees.
Most of them are knowledgeable.
I do not get paid enough for the work I do.
They seem to know what they're doing and be knowledgeable about the industry.
There's always something different to do. It's not the same tasks every day.
Getting recognized for the work I do and all the effort I put into my job.
We have so many resources. If I ever have a problem, I know there will be someone there to help me.
It feels like a family, and I've become close with most of my coworkers. Everyone really seems to care about each other.
Outside of one of my teams, I feel supported by my department, and I feel that my career growth is valued and taken seriously.
When my work is recognized and valued by my team. When I know that all my hard work is being seen and paying off.
Everyone cares about their job and this company. As a department we're pretty close so it makes it fun to come into the office when we're all together.
It feels like the company cares about what you have to say. It doesn't seem like anything gets done for personal problems, but people will listen to you.
I recently found out that the new starting salary for my position has been increased higher than my current salary. Now the new person starting is getting paid more than me.
Compared to the workload we receive and knowing what other companies are paying someone with the same job I feel that people in marketing do not make a competitive salary. Especially considering the economy now. This salary may have been fine in 4 years ago, but not now.
The amount of work I do and the hours I spend doing it does not add up to the amount that I make each year. I feel that in this industry our salary is not competitive but because our culture is good, RX gets away with not paying their employees as much.
I'm on two teams, one supports me and has incredible communication. The other team doesn't support me or try to help me when I am struggling. It's unfortunate that in this survey I need to give managers a low rating when one manager is incredible, goes above and beyond, and the other does nothing.
