
I enjoy my job and what I do. If I didn't have such a passion for my career, I would leave.
Level of responsibility vs pay is an absolute nightmare. Level of responsibility vs compensation within the role you are doing do not match. Job responsibility vs pay needs to be reevaluated. Compensation should not be solely on job title.
I'm not going to stress the communication thing but working on that as a whole is something to be done. However, the company has such a focus on money grabbing at the shows and there is such an emphasis on the sales team being the best at our shows when it takes a team effort to deliver a show.
