
I am entering my 10th year at RELX. Overall my experience has been very good. I have learnt and grown a lot. My one gripe - the internal pace of change is slow. There are issues reported in the annual Employee Opinion Survey that only get lip service. Eg; a lack of career advancement opportunities.
Alignment on goals - as much as possible

The breadth of benefits in the package, and flexibility to opt-in or opt-out
The people I work most closely with. Brilliant bunch - we motivate each other.
Business acumen - I trust them to a) keep my job secure, and b) steer the business towards growth
The bonus scheme is fair and transparent. This once in year cash injection is very important with the cost of living rising.
Open and honest communication and collaboration. I trust the people I work most closely with 100%. They are friends as well as colleagues.
This is my 10th year within RELX. This is a special place to work. A business that consistently goes to considerable lengths to celebrate diversity and inclusion. I have never come across another company I could say that about.
