
I have been with RX for many years and have had many opportunities to learn, grow, and progress. There have been challenges during that time with cutting resource and budget (particularly for onsite travel) which negatively impacts culture. If leadership invest here, it will hugely improve NPS.

Being onsite. I really think Leadership should invest more into sending our teams onsite as it makes a huge difference to culture and satisfaction - particularly international travel.
