The pay is low and raises aren't high enough to match with inflation. Many people receive promotions that come with little to no financial benefits. However, the other benefits like pto and flexible work are amazing.
We get paid a lot less than what we do. A coordinator does the same things as a manager and sometimes an ED, and sometimes has more years of exp. We used to be able to use our own credit cards for travel. It was a small perk that was taken away. After 3+ years, I make less money than when I started
