Core show sales team understands event and nuances relating to industry,exhibitors,prospects to produce solid multi-year clients. We respect each other&treat each other ethically. We don't compete with each other on territory unlike how our company's multi-show New Business team COMPETES AGAINST us.
Individual sales plans/targets unfair/unattainable. Cannot explain why/what make it better with any real insight with only 300 characters available. Fact opened ended 'Why' question is asked with only 300 characters allowed is prime example of why I feel I am undervalued and my opinion unimportant.
When my job role is valued, treated fairly, and compensated properly by sr. management. If /when sr. mgnt considers all aspects (hard and soft) required to make my event long term success, and not just focus on squeezing out max short-term profit to detriment of event's long-term growth and success.
