
I enjoy working her very much. I don't love when blanket decisions effect whole teams where they may not be necessary or applicable. I feel at times my leadership is not heard as we service a unique niche. Trust people to know their business.
I enjoy my time at RX a lot. I do feel there are unilateral decisions made that might not always be viable in our part of the business, but we still have to achieve them.
