
They continue to make top-down decision and not consult anyone who's affected by these decisions. They literally created a manifesto without speaking to anyone they didn't want to speak to. It's very obvious that work responsibilities revolve around how much you're liked.
Again, most meetings do not revolve around sales processes and enablement. They tend to revolve around coordination and logistics. As a salesperson, I have little influence in pricing conversations as well as products being offered no matter how much feedback I give.
I work with a crazy amount of passionate and hardworking people. Everyone I talk to just wants to do a good job. They're smart, capable, and always willing to pick up more work. They truly respect each other and are happy to support their coworkers in need.
Being compensated fairly. As someone who works in sales, there's so many meetings that don't directly involve client facing information. I work with clients to get more money, that is how the pay is structured but I'm asked to go into meetings that don't contribute to that.
Getting to work from home is amazing and has connected me with people all over the world. I have a manager that truly cares and coworkers who would support each other at the drop of a hat. If you think your interest is niche there's actually more people at this company who already understand.
