being able to work at home 4 days a week is huge
more lucrative comp plan with easier goals. Better raises for good performance.

Tthey need to realize that employees need to be paid better. The 2-3 % raises are a joke. As a sales person the comp plan used to be much better and goals must easier to achieve. Sales matter less than the process. Also loyalty to the company is never rewarded.
