frustrated of working on a quota that isn't attainable
compensating and rewarding their sales team. We haven't received a increase on the commission backend in a long time. We are only on a need to know basis.
The medical insurance isn't great. Most of my paycheck goes to my health insurance. We need a bigger payout for commission. My quota each year is given 6 months before the show and is always very high which makes it unattainable, making just salary
