nice office with well-organized facility such as meeting room, coffee stand, rest area, etc
1. review whether the workload is reasonable or not 2. take care of employee's mental health 3. vivid purpose and goal rather as the company level, rather than just operating all of the details by show team. which made me feel less belonging toward company.
I have an excessive workload. . I expect management to either adjust my workload or, at the very least, engage in more conversation to understand my current situation, rather than just using "We all want to achieve the goal," and, "Everyone is working hard" to persuade me to accept it.
