I feel invested in and encouraged to lead and learn and grow without having to fight for it or hustle to find opportunities to demonstrate my abilities.

Everyone is open to new ideas and investing in creativity, which can be expensive. This suggests a willingness to fail and an ambition to improve and be proactive.

Single direction of travel, in that there are clear goals which we all feed into. In my previous role, Product, Tech and Professional Services all had different objectives, which meant we were working in competition with each other.

They are visible in the office and in online meetings, and they are approachable and involved. They have a realistic appreciation of what the business's challenges are AND what the more local team challenges are, and they balance the people with the business.
