I like that no two days are the same, there are some days where the stress is so high but then knowing you're going to see it all come to life eventually is a great motivator
our team is newly formed and i think the best part about it is the camaraderie with knowing we are paving this new path for the company. we acknowledge that it's hard and it's not going to be easy but we also know that we are in it together
I recently went from a sales role to a marketing role, knowing that I would take a cut if I did take the leap but I think what made me ok with it is that it was acknowledged and my ability to grow in the new role was worth it.
I have seen a lot of improvements from the leadership team and that they're actually listening to what people have to say and creating action vs. just saying they are listening and seeing no action. I think they do a good job at being approachable and show they're willing to have the conversation
The people. What makes all the stress and chaos worth it is knowing I have teammates who want to see me succeed and vice versa. The people I have in my corner are a huge part of the wins I have been so fortunate enough to have, I attribute a lot of it to them.
