ContactPoint360: The constant growth and change have presented it's obstacles, it's exiting to see so many opportunities and change but some areas are very understaffed and conditions have not been ideal with the facilities and communication
GoodLeap: Initially, it was fun learning a new skill. At this point it sometimes feels like a chore or exhausting to just be here. Not allowing us to work from home for no reason other than to fill seats is ridiculous when we've never shown any decline in our abilities. Pay your employees a fair/livable wage.

symplr: Since the RIF, I have additional job responsibilities. Even though I work more than 40 hours a week, I do not get my work done. I really like my boss and the people that work on my product. I am hoping it will get better. We need that raise. Sales went to Hawaii when I didn't get a raise!

GoodLeap: Transitioning to GoodLeap has been an overall positive experience. They are still a private, medium-sized company so they cannot match the benefits of larger F500 employers. That said, the company's future, it's team, and the way people are treated 'like adults' makes all the difference.

symplr: Have not received merit increase in 2 years. Was denied merit because I took a new role after year 1, and merit increases have been postponed. Also my offer letter stated I was bonus eligible but I have never received a bonus and was denied when I reached out to HR. Very challenging to get increases

Vertafore: Pay is low for market average making dealing with the constant disorganization from leadership frustrating to deal with. High level of turnover is likely due to consistent "emergencies" that are brought from lack of planning and proper communication.
