I like going to work, I like my job. I just hate the bureaucracy, the backbites, the closed doors talk from other people. If I see a shortcut in the process, I do it, I do it well, and much better than others. If it works, it will. I don't like anyone commenting on my methods because they work.
My team. My friends. And special someone.
The engagement is very active
The ones I will be teaching. I am here for them.
The Leadership of the training team has been very supportive of my growth
The team has a great dynamic and provide its members with a lot of support for growth.
The team works well, however it does manage to isolate a few individuals for a lack of diversity in personality. The team is "DIVERSE" (containing mostly of minority groups) but not really diverse in respect for the sense of the word.
Fair wages, bring back Overtime Pay for supports. Have the Support Team to create decisions and not just follow top-down directives. Give immediate supervisors the power to decide the continued employment of the worker. If the executive team can afford to travel, then they should pay workers fairly
I am now earning the standard rate in my profession, however at the expense of Overtime and Holiday Pay. This is a complete reversal of benefit and goodwill as it ensures a lower budget for the wages of the Officers (Support Group) meanwhile our company grows and exceeds targets.
The feeling of being undervalued as a worker stems from the political and economic issues going on in this country. Inflation has risen prices and saturated the market with expensive essential goods that people need to survive. The company is not matching up to compensate its workers to make a livin
The company is small so words spread like wildfire. How about we teach everyone to mind their own business. I'm tired of pleasing people whom I'm not even aware of their existence make comments on what LEGAL, APPROPRIATE, THINGS I DO in the workplace. Can't a working man just eat a sandwich in peace
