I am not sure if this question is about my leadership in my pillar or leadership for all pillars. For my pillar, they work very hard to unite and communicate to all of our tiers in CQS. symplr leadership: strives to keep our organization growing by expanding our customer base and offer solutions.
Working for symplr is the best part. I don't know what the low or high end for my position is to compare it to. I have always made at least 20-23% more compensation in my former roles. It would be nice to decline benefits and get paid more since we didn't accept benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision).
I feel great that we are not pressured to be on camera. While symplr encourages to join on camera, they do not hound us and make those of us uncomfortable to join. I join from time to time. The work that I do behind the camera speaks volumes over seeing me on camera. I participate knowing I can.
