I asked if I could pay for support, was told that is not avaible. The hold times exceed 15 minutes on average and perhaphs I called once at lunch time and no one pic
RLDatix: Aspirations of the company are good, execution is not necessarily optimal. Too few people take on too much of the responsibility for execution at the ground level, and compensation is not commensurate with output. Growth at the expense of quality is detrimental to employee satisfaction.

RLDatix: The thing that continues to be the most frustrating is the lack of congruency in things HR offered and confirmed that were available to me, and the actual ability to use them. 10/10 in actual work tasks and projects, but some of the HR related things may be what causes me to look elsewhere.

I believe it was a huge mistake to simply do everything Allocate was doing. Managers need to be asked for more input.
RLDatix: I left my old job due to relocating for my husband's career which was extremely difficult as I had a NYS State job with retirement, benefits, and had advanced several times to higher positions. Not knowing what was next for me career wise was scary but, RLDatix has been nothing but wonderful!!
