
RSU's are something I have not had in previous role that elevates the compensation package. It just adds an element that connects me further to the company.
I enjoy when my work comes to fruition, i.e. sending out my big project or seeing people use some of the consolidated reports I have created for more in depth and accurate analysis
The employees feel valued. We are recommended to take time off to recharge, as no one can go nonstop all the time. I also feel like even though I am relatively new, I have already taken on some larger responsibilities because there is a sense of trust.
I think being on a small team just makes interpersonal connection better. It is just nice that since I spend lots of time with my coworkers and especially my manager, we can talk about things other than work all the time. Just adds an element of sense of team.
I think that they are pretty transparent with how they are feeling and what they want, especially Mark. I do enjoy his video updates in the Slack channel with his clearly unfiltered and raw views and opinions, for better or for worse. He is consistent and open and I respect that in a CEO.
