Remitly: I have been part of Remitly since May 2021, I would say that I have changed my way of seeing my job. I no longer talk like a robot to our customers. I am calmer due to the culture being very customer-centric and empathetic/compassionate partner values from most of the employees.
Cross Country Healthcare: I have seen a lot of people get let go due to the market being down and over-staffed. I have hope for my division CCMSN for we have a leader like we have not had in the past 5 years. She brings encouragement and accountability and we want to do well for her.

HQ is bit hard to work with because of the time difference, making working overtime, while they aren't available after their normal working hour.

FanDuel: We get treated like robots for HORRIBLE pay. I am working 2 part time jobs on top of 52 hours a week coming out to almost 65 hours a week because FanDuel because they pays us $49,000. I have been job hunting for the last 3 months because there is no incentive to want to work here.

First Merchants: Everything is great, except the fact that we don't get enough PTO, for vacation. Work life balance could be better if we could get a day off for working on Saturdays. Overall, I love the company and I'm planning to stay.
Tenable: As a relatively new employee, I have been happy with the company to date. The onboarding was better than previous companies I worked at and gave me a great overview of the organization. People have been helpful getting me up to speed but also receptive to input and I feel I've already added value.

Elastic: Onboarding process has been impressive both in my direct training with my team and overall onboarding to the company itself. I think X-School is very productive/innovated/interactive. Also it seems there are a lot of resources to be able to do your job well.

Supplemental Health Care: My recruiter is very unprofessional, he's referring to me to do his job. It would be great if I was able to speak with a supervisor or have a new recruiter assigned to me. A recruiter that reaches out to the contracted facilities in reference tothe internal issthat may arise.

RX: Poor communication between departments, regarding important matters (i.e. procedures to be followed by different teams). Work organisation could be managed much better. As an Event Executive sometimes performs tasks not related to the stated position (i.e. finance manual counting;)

FSA Federal: I am very satisfied with my employer. The only thing I would change is an increase vacation or PTO time per hours worked. It's hard to accumulate when you begin with zero hours, especially if you are a single Mom of a middle-schooler with health concerns. Everything else has been positive!

First Merchants: Overworked, underpaid, wish we could get some appreciation and personal engagement from senior management to feel valued, not just a cog in the wheel. i've been here over a decade and the decrease in merit increases is a huge blow. I'm no longer happy here.
First Merchants: I have been treated fair. My compensation and location of employment attracted me to the position. My job duties contribute to the success of my department. I feel appreciated and valued. Weekly coaching sessions have contributed to my growth and success!
