They seem approachable for the most part
The inclusion of all walks of life.
Paying lower level employees what they are worth.
I feel like I work with friends most days.
Talking with my team and clients can be fun.
Being paid a wage that keeps up with inflation
better pay and better training about regulations and products.
How understanding my team is when real life events happen.
The people who work here tend to be pretty excepting.
better pay and more of a focus on cross training
Talking to my coworkers and being able to talk to clients
taking care of lower level employees have better avenues for advancement,
I like my team and fell like we really care about each other and our clients.
The diversity, it is awesome getting to work with people from many different walks of life.
More competitive pay we are one of the lower paying banks in the city of indy
I enjoy that my team is always willing to help each other and works as a team.
My team is truly great I care about all of them as people and they all work extremely hard.
It feels like a sports team I played in growing up I trust my team to help me not fail
If I made enough to feel comfortable in the city I live and work in, less than 20 an hour in Indianapolis is poverty wages.
Paying employees at the branch level a fair living wage or even better thriving wages. Our slogan is helping you prosper. why don't we start with our own employees?
We our inclusive and will hire anyone, but part of that is we have to because of how poorly we pay. A Max 3% raise will not help with retention either.
I don't feel valued here, I know I am under paid, and I just spend most of time here bored and sadly putting myself in a worse economic situation in the process.
Actually, paying us a living wage for our base pay. Having easier to achieve sales goals since ours have a cap that doesn't pay out well anyway. Also much harder to hit goal without referrals.
Being paid more hourly! The less than a dollar raise when we get an email about how much the company made last year just feels like a slap in the face to me. Pay better good employees will continue to leave.
We need to pay Branch Employees better I only made 34,000 take home pay, that is not enough to keep up with inflation, it is hard to help our clients prosper when our own company is not helping us prosper.
Understanding less than 20 dollars an hour isn't a living wage anymore, maybe take a moment and think about paying all the bills you have on that salary. Be less out of touch and stop acting like you are better than branch level employees.
Better at empathy sadly, we need to start offering products that help individuals who are lower income and a lower credit score. Also pay the people in the branch a living wage. You cannot live and work in Indianapolis for $19 an hour. You guys live on that salary while living in Indianapolis.
Having a pay that is keeping up with inflation, it gets very discouraging when we get emails seeing how much the bank is making profit wise, and many of us at the branch level are living paycheck to paycheck. We need better mental health coverage; it's hard to find care for serious conditions.
To be paid at least 40,000 a year I have worked here over 3 years, also the criteria to get the highest raise possible (3%!!!) is not realistic and just seems like a way to shortchange employees. Be honest with yourself would you be happy with a 1, 2, or 3% raise. You wouldn't be.
