Sandals Resorts: There is a lack of autonomy and decision making power. The organisational structure is too rigid with too many links in the chain of command, often making it difficult to make simple decisions. There is a lack of investment in training and the finance department is very stingy.

The growth phase we are in leads to challenges however they are all positive and foster career growth!

Sonic.net: Horrible general manager. Shouts at minors when its unecessary. Threatens to fire employees, but doesn't proceed to do so because she "needs" them. Takes a lot of smoke breaks whenever she's in a bad mood or whenever she feels like it.

They left a mess. Choice Warranty said they will send a new company out, but then said they couldn't find anyone
