AXIOS: Axios gets it right. The culture is unbeatable. There is deep commitment to the mission and values, and the people here are genuinely kind. People change jobs for many reasons, but I haven't interacted with anyone who wanted to leave Axios because of the culture or people.
AXIOS: It's a fast-paced environment, so I feel like I have had to adapt and learn a lot quickly. I like that I am able to see different aspects of my team - it has helped me narrow down my career interests. We do a lot of team/company bonding, which I am very grateful for.

CaptivateIQ: I was blown away from the get-to - awesome atmosphere with people being really open and merry, nothing like the stiffness I was used to from my previous job.
Cleo: Our service is phenomenal, but we are scrambling to bring the tech and how we talk about our work up to par. We are under-resourcing support for our service team/member ops and our programs team, leaving a lot of inefficiencies.

I would hope that they would prioritize retaining good employees by compensating them well, and not bringing in new employees at the same salary. Company should pay current employees significantly more than market value.

If you let it happen, the company will work you 20 hours a day. We're finally starting to get into a good groove.

MISUMI: It is very good, I have enjoyed being here. I wish there was more flexibility in regards to working from home. It has been shown that we can succeed while doing it, the commute adds stress, time, and cost to working and shifts the work/life balance more towards work.
LSO: My service center manager is NEVER at work, if he does show up it is at the EARLIEST 7:40 A.M most if the time he is there at noon, most of the drivers that work at my wearhouse have never seen him, he does not interact with any of them. I could honestly go on about how bad thjs job is.

MISUMI: It is a great company, and I am really happy to work here. Some process improvements need to be made. My position paying more at other companies and I have been approached. Concerns that retention efforts have been focused on increase offers after resignations are tendered.

MISUMI: I work diligently to get work done, but feel like I am being taken advantage of most of the time when it comes to financial recognition.
Cleo: I love our company. Currently, we are in a growth phase and there are so many new faces it does pose its own challenges, but I am confident we will work through the growing pains and come out stronger on the other side.
