Responsive: My overall experience has been very positive thus far. I am new to the company but I have already been pleasantly surprised by a lot of aspects of the culture that are exponentially better than the company I worked at previously.

Therapy Brands: So far I have that same feeling when I first started in this field. So far I have had to change my schedule and my team leads were very accommodating. Plus I just went on a vacation that I paid for last year, and with the unlimited PTO I was still able to take it.

Durham School Services: The customer service aspect of the business has been lacking. I send emails, follow up emails, and phone calls to only get bus quotes 2-3 weeks later. Pricing is decent but i have been able to find cheaper. It is disappointing as our school has done business with the company for 10 years.

ShopKeep: Customer Service Here we are trying to grow and we can't get anyone to call. We reach "Chat" and they tell us our acct manager will call. We have been through this process now several times. No one evr calls. As aresult I am loooking for a new system.
CaptivateIQ: Only a few months in but I've had a positive experience. My colleagues are supportive and always willing to lend a hand/ear. My time and thoughts are valued. I really enjoy the culture/environment the leaders have created.
