Carrington College: I love the company. We have been thru growing pains and much staff turn over. the core people in my department are long term, but we are rare. Upper management makes too many quick decisions then has to change back. Good upgrades to tech. Happy to have onsite IT. Pay much less than Private practice.

TracFone Wireless: Very poor customer service. I have talked to 9 Customer Service Representatives to try to resolve my issue and 8 hrs of my time. They texted me and said I need a new phone because mine was outdated. They said they would send me a new phone and I would be able to keep my minutes. NO HELP!
OnTrac: Stop lying to customers. Process claims in a timely manner. Take responsibility. This company fails on every level.
GoPro: I recently purchased a GoPro hero 10 bundle which included the subscription to GoPro but have had nothing but trouble with this purchase as they canceled my subscription for some reason and I cannot get any help from the customer service that's outsourced somewhere overseas. Bad Experience
Algolia: I'm still in my first month - The company has comprehensive and structured onboarding. I've already had access to top leadership and I've already begun working with top customers. Lots of trust and support.
Algolia: extremely happy - long days and lots of pressure but everyone is aware of burn out and encourages time off and a safe place for expression.

Vince: I recently made the move from buying Vince from a retailer to using Vince online. I received a promotion for signing up for email and text messaging but the promo wouldn't work when I went to submit. I contacted customer service and received horrible response. Very unimpressed.
Egnyte: Company has a good foundation and a lot of perks but there are some serious issues as well with the restructuring. I believe we want to be a sales friendly organization but we are far from being that right now

Carrington College: I thought the opportunity was going to be a great learning experience for me, however duties that I was given have been taken from me without any explanation. I do not feel valued or necessary.
Carrington College: The company is great, however, sometimes I feel we focus on the wrong things.
Carrington College: I love what the company offers, I don't feel like my campus is up to the standards of the school. I feel like I'm judged by management for my short comings, expectations that I should already know certain things. I'm hoping things will change as this seems to be new for most of our staff.
Carrington College: The initial onset was challenging and the challenges the pandemic brought forth as well as the feedback from employes has been difficult. I enjoy what I do, even with all the challenges - there is nothing I would prefer to do.

I have been treated like my health did not matter by the company lawyer who offered me money to go away like I was a piece of trash.
Rahi: My experience in Rahi is of only 4 months, but in these few months, I enjoyed working. The work-life here at Rahi is balanced and the work culture and environment are very valuable. I would like to grow along with the organization, as Rahi is growing every second.

Carrington College: I am blessed to work at Carrington College. There are some people in admin that make work difficult at times. The ES and FA departments are a joke- and I feel bad for the students that are lied to and ignored by the people in these departments. I have no respect for how they do business.
Carrington College: I have worked at other trade schools before. I like Carrington's "small but mighty" attitude. They understand the value of good instructors and have a low tolerance for unprofessional behavior. I as an instructor feel my opinion and position with in the company will always be taken into account.

Carrington College: I love teaching. I do not love opaque decision making at the C level, a lack of local leadership at my campus, a lack of the ability to provide evaluations of the performance of my superiors, and that the college is for-profit.
Carrington College: I enjoy finding ways to improve the education of my students. I enjoy that I work pretty independently so that I can research new ideas. I also enjoy that I work with a lot of great teachers and I feel comfortable asking them for help.
