Nextdoor: You can 'act like an owner' to recruit, work on Hackathons, volunteer for projects, and hit every KPI and still not get a raise or promotion outside of the annual 3% increase given to all. I can't take a post card of kudos or hackathon award to the bank. Be clear about how to actually get a raise.
Nextdoor: I came to this company for the mission and the work life balance. I am not disappointed in either. I enjoy my team, and the scope of my work, which is challenging, but not overwhelming. My only struggle is sometimes partnering with other teams.
Algolia: It's one of the most enjoyable and dynamic companies I've worked for. The product is excellent and the team incredible. I'm looking forward to the seeing the growth opportunity in the coming year.

Bumble: Bumble customer support team never understood what customers' needs and reported issues. They just closed the reported issues immediately without giving any solutions. It is ridiculous. The matches they provided made me wonder their incompetence. No escalation process in place. Bumble is the worst.

Hoshizaki America: The company is very large which makes it hard to keep up with staff and employees. The benefits are awesome!! The pay could be much better. I do feel like my direct management team has our best interests in mind in all decisions they make.

PointClickCare: The people at PointClickCare, along with the mission and values of the organization, are what make it a fantastic place to work. There are opportunities for growth and further career development, and they really care about their employees and customers and want them to succeed.
Navan: I'm still new here, but first impression is very good. Coworkers are open to help and sharing knowledge, and data team is very strong and helps get access to data + insights quickly.

Next Insurance: The company used to be world class but has been slipping lately. It just doesn't seem like the old company anymore. The two main issues are new middle managers at the company being afraid to voice their opinions to estaff and high attrition rates due to the company not paying competitive salaries.

Drees Homes: Run, don't walk away from this horrific, disreputable builder in NKY. Our brand new home is a giant mess. Every single trade that worked on our new home has done sub par work and Drees does not care. They need to cimpletely revamp their quality.

West Elm: Would be helpful if the customer service team made sure to read all notes and emails on file relating to the case before replying to an email. Way too many emails have been sent in regards to a late delivery of an item and west elm wanting to compensate for that.
