Rahi: Despite working extra hours already, my manager still insists that I work even more hours on the weekends. In addition to this, some teams get bonuses multiple times a year while other teams do not get anything.
Rahi: Its been around 15 days I joined RAHI. So far all is good since from start. Coworkers are supportive and my reporting manager also good in providing assistance. So overall experience so far is good.
Zwift: I started in August of 2021 and it's been a fantastic experience, overall. It's great working at a company that is invested in my own growth in my career as well as what I can offer to the company.
Rahi: The day since I started contributing my skill in assisting my team mates, many of the things are taught to me very thoroughly. I am just enjoying the work.
Rahi: everyone works pretty independent but also together

Zwift: We're doing something important here. And, for the most part, we get to do it with people who are invested in that importance more than their own personal gain. It's easy to rally around the cause, because it's important. Hard to do that in an ad tech company, for example.
Zwift: I love working at Zwift!
GSP: Overall it has been a fast ride, training in the beginning was not great. Policies and procedures are different in all plants making it hard to be cohesive.
Zwift: Exec team is always looking to improve
Zwift: I love working at Zwift. It's extremely hard to be in the cycling industry AND make a decent living, but Zwift allows me to do just that. I have a really good team to work with, we all want the company to do well and I get to work on cool stuff. Can't ask for much more than that!
Empire Today: Customer Service. I was LIED to 4x about when when installers would be here to stretch my carpet that was bubbling up. No calls, just no shows!! I am furious. Had carpet installed 2x by Empire and both times problems with the carpet! My other homes, never had a problem.
Mediaocean: Overworked with no clear directions on what constitutes success; low confidence in their ability to execute on their vision and goals and whether it even aligns with the way the market is moving so quickly. they put everything on the backs of overworked understaffed people
DataStax: Stock options. wish they were stock units though.
Snap Finance: A lot has changed since I have started and it continues to improve.

GSP: There are a lot of opportunities for senior leadership to better understand the daily operations and employees. I do love working for this team and at my location. Managers at my location are truly invested in their teams and working on improvements.
GSP: I've enjoyed learning about GSP and creating new ways to interact with our clients. I enjoy learning about what is working and not working for our clients. I like how the company keeps the employees health and welfare front and center.
GSP: I have been able to utilize a fair amount of my skills here. However, I feel that there is much more that can be utilized, but it is not appropriate for the way that GSP currently does business/ SOPs.
GSP: leadership/executives need to foster a positive work environment and not have favorites. Confidentiality needs to be a priority

AMC Theaters: awful, management constantly took advantage of minors and overworked them and I being a supervisor was made out to be a glorified crew member by the locations GM, essentially making me full-time working concessions, overseeing cleaning, and doing management activities. ridiculous

DataStax: Very satisfied with my experience so far. A little unclear on some career-related things (e.g. if/when performance reviews and opportunities for pay raises and/promotions occur). I struggle with work/life balance, but that's on me, not the company. Lack of corporate politics at my level is nice.

American Hotel Register: Culture is extremely political, Human Resources failed to act when COVID struck the marketplace. Transparency was non existent, and it was extremely insensitive and inappropriate that HR handed out year end bonuses in the afternoon after terminating and assigning furloughs to half the company.

I am grateful my supervisor fought for me, but I also feel my compensation was the worst, and a reflection how the company values me as an employee. I thought my evaluation was based on my performance not that of the school.
Zwift: I believe zwift is a great company to work at, but as it grows it has not properly promoted people with contributions and is losing talent and might lose even more. The promotions are not applied likewise across teams and this generates talent loss.

Zwift: I started my first days at Zwift networking with my team and leaders around the company and jumped right into coding for a deadline we had within 2 months. I was able to provide value and help out the team quickly.

TracFone Wireless: We have to deal with angry customers everyday because the wait times are ridiculous. My colleagues hardly speak English and we force our customers to jump through endless hoops to prove they are who they say they are. We aren't allowed to be practical and solve our customer's problems. I hate this.
TracFone Wireless: I literally spent hours talking to multiple representatives. Each one spoke terrible English, was difficult to understand, and the connection itself was lousy. I was trying to upgrade from 3.0 to 5.0 for my 86 year old father and 79 year old mother. I am certain that seniors give up and die.
