Very good- except for some recent changes in west coast management.
It has been an overall great experience. The last year has been the most challenging. We do our quotes in AQ that shows customer, amount, and equipment quoted by date and dollar amount. Then each week we spend time putting that in weekly report, then each day we transfer that info to CE. WASTE !
Pay benefits vacation leave and holiday schedule
Their continuous efforts to be transparent.
Concern for personal needs - health and family
The executive team is great.
Health care and bonus compensation
Our team is great, we all work together nicely.
In the trenches with me and willing to help when management doesn't
The team is effective in most ways. There are certain management issues closest to me.
My teammates are the most positive part of the environment and always willing to help out.
We try very hard to teach and learn from each other. Each bringing in different perspectives to grow from.
Fullfilling customer needs. I like solving problems for the issues customers may have with equipment or communication with tech support.
The people I interact with make me the most happy. Our product line and quality is great to represent.
Our team compliments each other. I value each of their strengths and rely on them for different things that they have more experience in.
I would like the raises to be based on performance results- not across the board raise. If someone is above target on all measures they should get the highest raise. I am referring to raises after year end evaluations.
As an ASM it makes me most happy to visit my customers and promote our products using powerpoint and special programs the factory sends down. I think with the new micromanagement of weekly reports, CE, Sales Plan, AQ, Open Orders, and Sales reports- that we are becoming data entry clerks.
