It the employees, they are the culture in spite of some of the challenges we face.

They communicate as much as they are able to and generally have the employees and customers best interest at heart

The overall transparency, obviously they can't share everything, but in general, we are kept in the loop about what is happening.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Outside of standard perks, all bonus and recognition, including decent yearly salary increases have essentially been stopped and they don't appear to be economy driven.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its tough right now with the fully remote environment, but the HR and Culture teams are doing everything they can to keep spirits up and everyone involved.
