Provide Supervisor/manager training. At no point was additional supervisory materials given for in case of situations such as write ups or incidents. Help train your managers to be successful managers, and not just throw them in manager meetins.
its just another job - trying to find better/more productive ways to accomplish tasks and leadership/corporate management don't listen.
nothing really sticks out out it
Don't really interact with most or any of them.
most of us all get along in our office.
ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR DC'S ARE JUST AS IMPORTANT AS PTC.
Gender Pay Gap is still a real issue in the whole world
there is one toxic person in our office and always brings others down.
Generally between the sales team and operations team - there is a real disconnect.
I'm an introvert and prefer to not interact with others more than needed to for my job.
My boss specifically Kara Meade is an excellent supervisor. She cares about her team and if there are issues within the office/warehouse.
The environment is relaxed, but not always positive. Not all people on the team are held to the same standard level as others.
COST OF LIVING INCREASED MORE THAN ANNUAL REVIEWS "ALLOWED FOR PAY INCREASES". WOMEN ARE STILL BEING PAID LOWER THAN MALE COUNTERPARTS
Knowing that I am good at my job and I am helping service companies try to get paid for their hard time spent fixing machines.
create training docs for processeS that are across CO1 to the DC's - SPECIFICALLY DYNAMICS TASKS LIKE FACTORY RMAS AND CREDIT/REBILL FOR INCORRECT STOCK PARTS. DONT MAKE EMPLOYEES HAVE TO MAKE THEIR OWN TRAINING DOCS.
livable wages as a base. everyone was told there was a hiring and spending freeze and now there are 3 new hires at the factory/leadership level that literally dont make sense what they are here for.
I would like to move to a different position but I dont think my manager would consider it "because I'm good at what I do now". My job is solving other peoples problems and it's frustrating when my entire job is always issues and damages.
The coworkers I have issues interacting with are ones that do not have the same attitude as I do. It's not about them needing to improve, it's about trying to build a team. Not all people want to be a team player and help uphold policy.
The department I work in revolves around warranty and technical support and freight damage. There are contradicting policies or no policies at all on how to handle issues or how to resolve situations. There is no standard protocol to resolve, and often when asked for training material there is none.
The more I show that I am capable of my job and helping others, the more I am asked to take on and complete on top of my usual duties. While I have the "opportunity for overtime" I don't necessarily like being a leaning post for others to not learn and grow.

Thank you for taking time to complete our quarterly survey, we appreciate all of your constructive feedback. You mentioned a concern with supervisor/management training. We are currently in the process of implementing company-wide supervisor/management training, which will hopefully resolve some of your concerns.
