SWCA: I feel welcomed and valued at SWCA. I have been given all of the tools and support I need to be successful in my role. I am constantly encouraged by my manager to learn, grow, and take advantage of opportunities.
WorkForce Software: They are ready and available to help with anything and everything. We all collaborate and work together very well. They are also really kind and funny which makes coming to work and interacting so much better!
WorkForce Software: Overall, I enjoy working here. For the most part, everyone I work with are positive, and will go out of their way to support you in anyway they can.
WorkForce Software: I am overworked for more than a year and very little compensation has been offered. I am unable to take leave without working considerable amount of overtime before and after weeks of holiday.

Overall WorkForce is challenging and rewarding. Management & coworkers make it feel that we are all in this together and anything is possible.

One Medical: Long time employee (almost 10 yrs). While the individuals who work there are wonderful, leadership makes day-to-day work life difficult and they underpay massively. I got a $40k raise by leaving. Each department has their own personal priorities that often compete against other department's goals.
Optima Tax Relief: I have been working at Optima for almost 5 years now. I really enjoy working for the company and my overall experience has been awesome, I've made a lot of friends and I have learned so much.

Nextiva: I've been looking for a company like this for years. They walk the talk and truly have an interest in your success. They often share how much you are valued. Co-workers take the time to assist you even when they are busy and on task!
Risepoint: It feels inviting, not cut-throat like some organizations.
WorkForce Software: I really like working for WorkForce. The work is challenging but enjoyable. I like that I can walk away at the end of the day and put work aside. That helps me rest and recharge for the next day.

SWCA: Overall it is a great company to work for. The Value and Culture is amazing. A lot of the positions are compensated fairly but there are some that if you are not higher up they are far removed from your day to day process and the pay scale is skewed depending on which office you are in.
ElectroCraft: It's one big cluster. Can't keep people. Money is taken from your paycheck to be put in an HSA account and it's missing. Late on perfect attendance bonuses. Late on the $500 HSA money Electrocraft was going to put in our accounts, which we didn't get to choose a medical insurance policy. Etc, etc

6sense: Even remote, 6sense is an extremely welcoming and inclusive place to work. The leadership inspires confidence and motivates with clear goals and open transparency. Most importantly, teams are built not only on experience, but a positive culture.
HealthStream: I experience regular red tape, bureaucratic policies making it difficult to have a voice. Midlevel, and some sr. leaders not knowing the people they lead nor the details of the products they represent. It's astonishing the lack of expertise some leaders have, they seem to try hard to remain clueless

We refinanced from Freedom - I LOVED FREEDOM and when we refinanced I explained that we make our mortgage payments weekly. NO PROBLEM I was told! AGAIN at closing I asked the signing agent and YES NO PROBLEM HELP

But, there are occasions where there's a little hostility or managers not being sensitive enough, especially when it comes to us having to call out for health reasons. Attendance is important but health should come first.

I have been working alone for a lot of the time after training, which I can appreciate, but I could just be doing this from home like everyone else. But I give the company efforts to creating events for all employees to participate in.

Zwift: Zwift is one of the best companies I've ever worked for. The promotion process needs to be cleaner/clearer but overall it's a fantastic place to work.
Algolia: I've been set up well to succeed, I've been given a huge opportunity, it's now just up to me to execute. There's nothing more I can ask of the company - I love being in control of my own destiny. It's a challenge yes, but it's one where you know the juice is worth the squeeze.

Optima Tax Relief: The company as a whole is a great place to start a career and gain professional experience. Training and upward mobility are present but limited past 2-3 years within the company. Retention becomes more difficult past those years and is shortened during Covid and the reduction of culture.

AMC Theaters: A teen broke his fonger do to a manger swinging the door. They blamed him and said you better watch out next time. They alow people to be on there phone and they dont do there jobs. The managers are friends with them.
Carrington College: I am part-time. No benefits for part-time employees.

SWCA: I started at SWCA 7 years ago and while I liked aspects of the work and culture, I didn't think I'd stay here long term. But every year the culture and company has gotten better - and I have grown as an employee and manager, too. Now I have a hard time imagining finding a better workplace.
Optima Tax Relief: It is important to be with a company that holds ethics at the top of its priority list. Optima has done that since day one. The opportunities for career growth have been provided and so long as I have enough opportunity to be considered for continued growth, I will be happy.
